Sabrina Marie Williams, 26, of Prairie, and William B. Drake, 32, of Prairie, were charged with three counts of felony child abuse each.
The Monroe County Sheriff's Office said the two were found in violation of parole from Clay County and Williams also was charged with disorderly conduct.
The bond for each was set at $100,000 by Monroe County Justice Court Judge William K. Crook.
