Robert Sean Elwell is in the Lee County jail awaiting return to Florida after task force members learned he was in Tupelo. A news release says he was arrested without incident.
Elwell is wanted by the Escambia County, Fla., Sheriff's Office on one count of capital sexual battery of a victim under the age of 12 and one count of lewd and lascivious behavior/molestation of a victim under the age of 12.
