After a pursuit, Jeffery Scott Moore, 38, of Greenville, was taken into Lee County Sheriff's Office custody around 4:45 p.m. for outstanding warrants.
After observing Moore on the wrong side of the road, the deputy turned around and gave chase but lost contact with the vehicle.
Another deputy came into contact with the suspect vehicle on County Road 1310 near Skyline and the suspect fled again.
Moore was apprehended after stopping at a house on Landfill Road in the Skyline community.
Moore had a Lee County felony warrant for receiving stolen property and a Mississippi Department of Corrections hold place on him.
