For the second day in a row heavy rainfall has caused problems for Tupelo residents.

Several areas of the town reported flooding, including high waters in downtown. Several automobile accidents were also reported. Trees and power lines were down in various areas in Lee County.

There were several accidents on Highway 45 and Highway 78 in Tupelo that slowed traffic. No serious injuries were reported from those accidents or any other weather problems.

Savanna Harper and others have sent us weather photos. Have one to share or just want to see them click here.
