Filed this week, Henson’s federal lawsuit claims it was hurt by these prices since 1999.
Defendants are Hickory Springs Manufacturing Co., Valle Foam Industries Inc., Domfoam International Inc., The Carpenter Co., The Woodbridge Group, Flexible Foam Products Inc., Scottdel Inc., Foamex Innovations Inc., Future Foam Inc., Vitafoam Products Canada Ltd. and Vitafoam Inc.
While the case is assigned to U.S. District Judge Sharion Aycock, similar cases around the country were moved recently to a multi-jurisdictional federal court in Ohio.
European investigations also are under way.
Henson also accuses Flexible Foam of $630,752 in damages in 2009 for product that did not meet its specifications.
