Mississippi State plans to unveil its new-look 2012 football uniforms today, the first major reworking of the Bulldogs' standard look since Dan Mullen became head coach in 2009.

The uniforms will be unveiled today on the school’s website, HailState.com, as well as through social media.

A few eagle-eyed fans may have spotted images of the new

Addidas jerseys this week on ESPNU, in a broadcast about the making of the NCAA Football ’13 video game. An MSU spokesman said the school was aware that the new unis might be seen in passing during that broadcast.

In addition to home and road looks, there will be an all white alternate uniform especially for the Nov. 3 home game against Texas A&M – a rematch of the “Snow Bowl” game in the 2000 Independence Bowl, a 43-41 Bulldogs victory.
