Hinds County Sheriff's Department Spokesman Capt. Joe Daughtry said in a news release received by the Clarion-Ledger (http://on.thec-l.com/UL1gHk ) that Christopher A. Gadvilus was arrested after employees of the Penn's booth on the fairgrounds found a cellphone that allegedly contained a video of a young girl having sex with a grown man.
Deputies say when they found Gadvilus he admitted he had lost his phone.
It was unclear if Gadvilus has an attorney.
