Parman left his job at Thrasher to take over at Pine Grove.
Parman, who spent a season as Hatley’s boys coach, went 28-22 in two seasons at Thrasher. The Lady Rebels went 19-10 last season and lost in the second round of the Class 1A North Tournament Pine Grove finished 18-14 last season under Cliff Ormon and lost in the first round of the Class 1A North Tournament.
Ormon was hired to coach boys and girls basketball at Myrtle.
