Guadalupe Arvenis, left, and Saul Martinez help convert the former Trustmark branch in downtown Tupelo into a new space for Renasant Bank. John Oxford, Renasant’s director of external affairs, said the bank bought the building after Trustmark moved to a new location in Fairpark. Renasant is remodeling the building’s facade to be more historically accurate. The South Broadway building will have a full-service banking drive-through and will house corporate and administrative offices inside. The ATM and indoor retail space will remain inside Renasant’s headquarters across the street. The drive-through should open in about six to eight months, Oxford said.
