Tupelo's newest restaurant – Salad Creations – is set to open Thursday.

Franchise owner Toby Hester said the restaurant opens at 10:30 a.m. Thursday. It serves salads, soups, wraps and paninis.

The restaurant is at 3952D North Gloster St., near Bed Bath & Beyond.
