NETTLETON — A July sentencing hearing has been set for a man convicted on federal charges of stealing guns from a Nettleton pawn shop.

The indictment in the case says Ryan Hearne and Timothy Rydell Montgomery robbed the Gold Exchange of several guns and that Hearne attacked an employee.

Another employee allegedly struggled with Hearne and fired shots at a truck as the two men fled.

Montgomery is set for sentencing July 12. He pleaded guilty in January.
