Combining the two stores under one roof "has been part of our business strategy for the past five years," said Katelyn DeRogatis.
The company has more than 60 of the side-by-side stores nationwide.
DeRogatis said the work in the Tupelo store will occur "later this year," but did not give a definite time frame.
