Traffic on south bound Highway 45 between Verona and Brewer Road was reopened at around 5:20 p.m.
Two people have been transported to the North Mississippi Medical Center one with a possible broken leg and the other with head trauma.
The Mississippi Highway Patrol is investigating the accident.
