Fun World on South Green Street is liquidating all of its merchandise to make room for renovations.

Owner Jimmy Blaylock said the store is not going out of business. The store sells balloons, gift items and adult novelty products. It also has a 21 room in the back.

Everything is 50 percent off, he said.

Blaylock said the store will close for renovations at the end of May. He plans to reopen in mid-July.

He's remodeling the interior of the store to include drinks, chips and a snack area. He's gearing the new food items at people who live in Mill Village.

He's planning to keep the same types of products after the remodel.

The store has been open for 28 years.
