The Lane store in Tupelo is officially for sale.

The store closed late last year as part of the parent company's corporate plan to exit Lane's retail business.

The McCullough property is listed with Hunter Realty. James Hunter said it doesn't have a list price, but he has had several offers.

The company, he said, will consider leasing or selling the building.
