A reception for Bullard, whose retirement took effect Dec. 31, also was held on Friday afternoon following the county board’s first work session of the month.
Bullard began his new position as development officer for Blue Mountain
College on Jan. 2.
He will continue in a consulting capacity for Tippah County until a new economic development head is named and in the transition for someone into that role.
