Arkansas quarterback Ryan Mallett spoke with reporters after today's practice. Here's what he had to say.

Tell us about the play.

I didn't ever black out or not know where I was. It was kind of feeling woozy, and I talked to the trainers and coaches, and they brought me out. I wanted to go back in, but they wouldn't let me.

Do you expect to start Saturday?

I'm 100 percent ready to go.

Tell us about your (left) shoulder.

My shoulder is not bad. I hit my head pretty good off the ground. Thtat's what happened. There can be all this speculation, whatever. It happens here, and it's always going to be like that.

They have to win 3 more games. I can see us finishing either 7-5 at worst and 8-4 at best..This season isn't a wash

This game between the Rebels and Razorbacks must not be of any significant national importance, the odds makers have them listed NA.

I believe that Ole Miss should and will make the best out of the remainder this season. Gear-up and prepare for an outstanding next season. With all things going well for them, it could come about.

How many more game must they win to become bowl eligible? Three or four more wins??

Matt, good plan. The Rebels haven't gotten to the quarterback as much as they need to with the blitz this season, but they need to keep blitzing. They haven't been good in zone coverage either, so keep blitzing. I do think pass coverage improved against Alabama, but I don't think it will hold up the whole game against Arkansas. We'll see.

We should blitz every down on the first 3 series of this game Saturday. Even if they burn us all 3 series, we should at least hit this guy in the mouth. After that, he won't do what he does like he normally does it.
