Arkansas quarterback Ryan Mallett spoke with reporters after today's practice. Here's what he had to say.
Tell us about the play.
I didn't ever black out or not know where I was. It was kind of feeling woozy, and I talked to the trainers and coaches, and they brought me out. I wanted to go back in, but they wouldn't let me.
Do you expect to start Saturday?
I'm 100 percent ready to go.
Tell us about your (left) shoulder.
My shoulder is not bad. I hit my head pretty good off the ground. Thtat's what happened. There can be all this speculation, whatever. It happens here, and it's always going to be like that.
I believe that Ole Miss should and will make the best out of the remainder this season. Gear-up and prepare for an outstanding next season. With all things going well for them, it could come about.
How many more game must they win to become bowl eligible? Three or four more wins??
