Do you agree with Ole Miss chancellor Dan Jones that the Forward Rebels campaign against the school's administration, particularly athletics director Pete Boone, is uncivil?

If it is uncivil, is it an acceptable approach to pursue change?

I DO NOT AGREE WITH EITHER PARTY HERE. THEY SHOULD TRY TO WORK IN A CIVILIZED MANNER NOT UNCIVILILIZED.

THIS IS NOT LOCATED ONLY WIHTIN THE U OF MISS BUT WITHIN OUR COUNRTY AS WELL.

The Forward Rebels campaign is no more uncivil or cowardly than the "fair" (at least by the administrations standards) vote on the mascot. I may not agree with their approach or timing, but everyone has the right to voice their opinion.

I've previously offered my view that not only is the method uncivil, it is cowardly. There is similarity and stark difference in the currernt affair with an event from my childhood. When my brothers & I were children our mother mentioned she found the sugar bowl had been invaded by ants and that she had moved it to another location hoping to force the pests to leave. She later observed that someone of her brood had added water to the contents. Got rid of the ants all right, but made a mess of the sugar. My 7 year old brother had the courage to identify himself as the one responsble for misguided, but effective act.

No honor falls on those hiding behind the masks of anonymity.
