Ackbar, I think the open date is neutral. Alabama will be heavily favored and rightfully so. The momentum from Fresno State, whether it's gone or not, isn't going to help Ole Miss in that game. It will be interesting to see what Houston and his staff come up with for two weeks and whether Ole Miss can slow down Trent Richardson.

In your opinion does the bye week help or hurt the rebels? I know it gives the team time to get healthy but I think it could hurt them in their game against Alabama. Will the momentum of the win continue into next week and possibly cause a huge upset or will the momentum fizzle out and it turn out to be just another game against alabama?
