From the mother ship this morning, Luis Pollorena had the added boost of a four-run first by his offense, but he more than did his job as well. Here's Brad Locke's game story.
It was easy to focus on a second-straight sub-par effort by the Sunday starting pitching, but that was only part of the story when the Rebels lost a game and a series to rival MSU. My column
"I actually recieved my BS degree in Education from Mstate, but a law degree from a proper law school...Cumberland University."
I see ... That explains the disappointment you fester towards THE University of Mississippi...
In the past i wondered why you hung out over here.
You prefer State and for the most part dog the Ole Miss Rebels. Today I decided to check out the State blog. No one was over there. I scrolled 3 or 4 postings of Brads and no one had responded. It then was clear why you hang around here. State does not have enough fans to provide you anyone to talk to.
So welcome aboard the Ole Miss blog, I am glad you are here and don't have to be alone.I will play nice now that i understand why you are here.
Don't forget the degrees in making cheese and poultry production. I didn't realize you had to go to college in order to make chickens do what comes natural.
"state's pitching would shut down Rebelbear bats. It not for the two errors at 3rd base saturday, it would have been a sweep!"
Looks like someone else views everything in Blue and Red vs maroon and white. Most likely someone who didn't get admitted to THE University of Mississippi... not suprising since Ole Miss doesn't give out degrees in learning how to grow grass ...
"It not for the two errors at 3rd base saturday, it would have been a sweep!"
And if the heiferpups had scored less points than their opponents in all their games they would have a perfect losing record. But neither one happened did it. The udder school lucked up and beat a better team two weekend in a row. Too much luck used up.
How many hits did MSU have yesterday? 2 for the game.
For once, I agree about the sweep. If Ole Miss hadn't committed so many errors Friday night, and then hit/walked so many batters yesterday it would have been an easy sweep. That's been the story lately though....
