West

LSU 17-10

Ole Miss 14-13

Arkansas 13-14

MSU 13-14

Auburn 12-15

Alabama 7-20

East

Kentucky 18-9

South Carolina 17-9

Florida 16-11

Georgia 13-13

Vanderbilt 13-14

Tennessee 8-19

I'm thinking the Rebels would be in the NCAA field at 14-16, but one win at Vanderbilt would lock things up. As it stands, if the Rebels were swept in Nashville, they may find themselves having to wait and see if the NCAA would invite eight teams are nine depending on how other series play out this weekend.

Arkansas, currently a game behind Ole Miss, closes at Tennessee.

Georgia, playing at Alabama, could play itself into this NCAA discussion too. Georgia currently is 29-22 overall and has a 32 RPI. Ole Miss (34-18, 20 RPI) is stronger in both categories but lost the series at Georgia.

As I predicted, the Heiferpuppies are sliding back into mediocrity while the Rebels surge towards Omaha.
