Maikhail Miller's father, Hubert Miller, confirmed last night that new Ole Miss coach Hugh Freeze will not honor the grayshirt agreement reached by the Millers and former coach Houston Nutt.

Miller, rated by Rivals.com as the nation's No. 23 pro-style quarterback following his senior season at Itawamba AHS, was part of Nutt's 2011 signing class. He was asked to enroll in January 2012.

Miller attended summer classes at Ole Miss but not fall classes.

Hubert Miller said he had not heard from Freeze regarding Maikhail's situation and called the football office last Sunday. He was told by administrative assistant Barney Farrar that Ole Miss would go in a different direction.

Maikhail Miller said he's considering options for his future, one being his hometown community college.

“We're still looking around. It looks like I might to to ICC,” he said.

Miller pled guilty in August to possession of less than an ounce of marijuana after a traffic stop. He was expected to pay a $364 fine.

The very reason people are moving awày from organized religion....because people like jb only use the parts of the bible they like and can twist. Read the scripture of the first book of the bible Genisis 1:12 and continue to defy Gods word. No where in Matt, Mark, Luke, or John does it condem Gods creation of cannibus. Jesus could have waved his magic wand to heal people or make their stomachs full, but he chose to use the things God created, like food and herbs. I looked up what you said on medical sites. It says there are less than 200 people yearly in the US that seek treatment for marijuana addiction over the age of 18. The minors are forces to go by ignorant parents that think its the devil. WebMd also says there no known chemical addiction and withdrawal symptoms other than mild irritability. Unlike cigs, alcohol, and caffeine witg have strong chemically addictive properties. The scientist at UCD and Ole Miss have stopped the growth of breast cancer with a version of the drug that contains no thc (no high feeling). God dont make mistakes, but you just keep acting like you know better than God. Your day to answer will come. Merry Christmas!

I do not belong to any organized religion. my belief is that the Holy Bible is God's infallible, inerrantly inspire word. Malachi 3: 6. For I am the Lord, I change NOT. Hebrews 13: 8. Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and to-day, and forever. That is GOD's WORD and its good enough for me. so guess that i am probably a Fundamentalist, in a way.

Sorry for the delayed response, but I was hitting the pipe. I think Freeze wants to get a clean start. I am sure he did a full background check on the dude and didn't like what he saw, other than a small amount of pot I would say that around 80% of kids in college have at least tried reefer and of those 80%, I bet 100% percent enjoyed it. In this era of child molesters, social deviants, I can think of alot of actions worse than getting caught with the devil's lettuce.

Miller is a casualty of Nutt's oversigning in order to make his recruiting numbers look good. The Iceman has no intentions of bringing in a QB that he didn't recruit and I can't fault him for that.

Surely he wasn't cut based on a small amount of marijuana. While man's law in Ms puts people in prison for such, most of the rest of the country has seen the light. Jesus believed strongly in the healing properties of the herb as evidenced in the Bible. Genisis1:12 God gave all seed bearing plants and herbs to use, and he said it will be good.

I dont think they dropped the kid over a small bag of weed. Probably more to it than that, surely. I just hope Freeze wins because I think the fan base is still very restless.

By the way churn, there is no such thing as addiction to marijuana. It has no physical withdrawal symptoms like alcohol and is a much safer alternative. No one has ever robbed a liquor store to get more, they just might eat all your bread and cookies.

Healed by faith? Next time you get sick, skip the doctor and see how that works for you.
