Neal McCoy, the executive director of the Tupelo Convention & Visitors Bureau, posed this question on Twitter today:
@cnealmccoy: What one "thing" do you think Tupelo needs to add to have more people visit? No right or wrong answers, just curious.
---
Suggestions so far:
Matt Wyatt @MaroonWyatt: How 'bout a downtown minor league park, say, 4,500 - 6000 seats, also used for outdoor concerts. #Illbuyseasontickets
Melvin Carlock @MelvinCarlock: A Museum to celebrate the Chickasaw Indian Nation.
GoreSports @GoreSports: extra lanes for traffic issues; public driving range not attached to a country club
Dennis Seid @dennisseid: A true water park, not just a little splash pad. Or a really big splash pad.

What do you think? What would you add?
• A community garden in each neighborhood so they all can learn, teach kids and share the food together as a whole.
• One suggested more hippie-like venues (ex. The Main Attraction), more like an art neighborhood in one section. Add art classes, art & crafts stores, demonstrations, etc.
• Daves & Busters for the adults.
• a TGIF (thank god it's friday restaurant) for competition against Tupelo Buffalo Wild Wings.
• A Bass Pro Shop. There are lakes around us.
• TARGET
Several ideas I have:
A theme park would be nice...
an IMAX Theater in 3-D...
an Aquarium
