Baseball: Bulldogs, Rebels both slide six spots in poll

Ole Miss and Mississippi State both had tough weekends, and both fell six spots in the latest Baseball America poll released Monday.
The Rebels (31-14, 11-10 SEC) dropped to No. 24 after losing two of three to Kentucky at home. Both losses were by one run.
MSU (33-13, 10-11) suffered its first sweep of the season at the hands of
Vanderbilt, which was bumped up a spot to No. 2. The Bulldogs had won three consecutive SEC series before falling in Nashville.
After hosting Saint Louis on Wednesday, Ole Miss will visit Auburn this weekend, while MSU will host Alabama.
