Two secondary prospects committed to be a part of Mississippi State’s class of 2014 on Friday.
Harrison Central’s Lashard Durr and Byhalia’s Chris Rayford are both considered three-star prospects by 247Sports.
Durr had offers from Oklahoma, Louisiana Tech and Louisiana-Lafayette along with interest from Alabama and LSU.
Rayford, who’d drawn interest from Auburn, Ole Miss and Memphis, had 68 tackles, three interceptions and one forced fumble as a junior.
Earlier in the week MSU got a commitment from Copiah-Lincoln Community College offensive tackle Jocquell Johnson.
