Bulldogs report today for preseason camp

By NEMS Daily Journal

STARKVILLE – Mississippi State’s football team will report in full today for the start of preseason camp.
Most of the players, both returnees and newcomers, have already been on campus this summer. The majority of MSU’s 2012 signing class has been here since summer classes began in June.
In fact, the only players coach Dan Mullen is still waiting on are signees Kivon Coman, an athlete from Florence, Ala., and Artimas Samuel, a receiver from Columbus, Ga. It’s not clear when or if those two will report.
MSU’s first practice will be held Thursday and is closed to the public. Two practices on Saturday will be open.
