STARKVILLE – Mississippi State is beefing up its non-conference slate in men’s basketball.
Head coach Rick Ray announced via Twitter on Monday that the Bulldogs have a home-and-home scheduled with Florida State, to go along with the Oregon State home-and-home series that was revealed last week.
MSU will host the Seminoles on Jan. 2 and will make the trek to Tallahassee in the 2015-16 season.
The two teams have previously met eight times, each winning four. The Bulldogs won the last outing 86-71 in the 2007 MasterCard National Invitation Tournament in Starkville.
Florida State was 22-14 last season and lost in the NIT Semifinals.
