College Soccer: No. 20 Memphis rallies, escapes Oxford with win

OXFORD – No. 20 Memphis rallied to beat Ole Miss 2-1 on Sunday after outshooting the Rebels 20-11.
Ole Miss (2-4-1) took the lead in the 21st minute on a rebound goal by Chelsea Heimann. The visiting Tigers (6-1) tied the game in the 49th minute on a penalty kick and took the lead two minutes later.
The Rebels continue a four-game
homestand Friday night against Southern Miss (2-3-1). TCU visits on Sunday.
MSU idle: The Bulldogs (6-1), who have won five matches in a row, were off on Sunday and begin an Oklahoma road swing Friday at Oklahoma State.
