Moore hit .308 (8 for 26) for the Washington Nationals’ farm club in Syracuse, with three homers and 13 RBIs in six games. The highlight effort was a two-homer, six-RBI game at Indianapolis.
He’s hitting .307 in 33 games at Syracuse after struggling (.151) in 42 games this season in the big leagues.
Moore was a 16th-round pick by Washington in the 2008 draft.
