Mullen Begins Annual Tour of Region

The annual Road Dawgs Tour, as it’s called, has kicked off. It’s the thing where football coach Dan Mullen travels around the state and the region speaking to and shaking hands with Mississippi State fans and alumni, and whoever else shows up. He’s scheduled to visit 12 locales in five days.

Mullen is being accompanied by various Bulldog officials, including athletics director Scott Stricklin. The group has already hit Brookhaven and as I type this is busing toward Biloxi (6:30 p.m. at the Biloxi Yacht Club, cost $15, children 12-under $5). Here’s the schedule for the rest of the week, and I’ve made plans to be there for Mullen’s Tupelo stop. (Visit alumni.msstate.edu for more info.)
