Kennedy, Armstrong plead guilty | Ole Miss Sports

It’s official. Ole Miss basketball coach Andy Kennedy and director of basketball operations Bill Armstrong have pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct charges in Cincinnati. This stems from their arrests last Dec. 18 after an altercation with a cab driver. Kennedy was facing a charge of simple assault, a fourth-degree misdemeanor, punishable by a maximum jail term of six months if convicted.

This does not affect the pending civil litigation.
