Ole Miss on June 20 released results of its survey of season ticket holders asking their opinions of game day at Vaught-Hemingway Stadium and generally got good reviews for efforts made to enhance the experience.
The experience scored well on video presentation if not always on music selection. Concessions got nice reviews, and there were plenty of suggestions for improvement in the 26-page report of survey results.
The news release said surveys were sent to season ticket holders on Nov. 22, and they had until Dec. 15 to respond. A total of 15,637 surveys were sent, 3,484 completed, a 22.3 percent response rate.
There’s a whole lot of the stadium experience that I do not see or hear, because I’m working, and most of the sound does not penetrate the press box.
I do, however, like what I’ve seen in terms of video on the big board.
Question: How do you rate the experience, and what would it take to make it better?
