The North Division baseball showdown of the Itawamba Indians at the Northeast Tigers has been moved from today to Thursday in Booneville.
The game times for the Thursday doubleheader are the same, with the first game beginning at 1 p.m. Itawamba enters the contest at 10-12, 2-4, with Northeast at 12-8, 5-1.
Also for the Tigers, a North doubleheader with Coahoma will be played Thursday at Coahoma.
This contest was originally scheduled for Saturday, moved to Monday, and now Thursday, with Game 1 at 1 p.m.
Northeast is also scheduled to host Copiah-Lincoln Friday.
A unique home-and-away double header was originally scheduled for Tuesday with the ICC softball team hosting Northeast while the baseball team traveled to Booneville, but both doubleheaders have been put on hold due to inclement weather moving into the area.
Winners of five-straight, the Lady Indians (11-6-1) look to build on their 5-1 North Division mark when they host the Lady Tigers Wednesday, March 27th with the first of two games starting at 2:00 p.m. at the ICC Softball Complex.
ICC was originally scheduled to travel to Meridian Community College, but that game has been postponed to a later date that has yet to be determined.
