FULTON – Itawamba Community College was well-represented when the Mississippi Association of Community and Junior Colleges (MACJC) released its rosters for the MACJC All-Basketball games scheduled for March 27 at East Central Community College.

The state champion Lady Indians will be represented by Jameika Hoskins (Aberdeen), Vechatita Bonner (Waynesboro), LaPrecious Naylon (Eutaw, AL) and Coach Nanci Gray while the Indians will be represented by Marius Myles (Jackson).

“This is a great way for these three sophomore to cap out their stellar careers,” said Gray, who was selected MACJC Coach of the Year. “I hate that all four of our sophomores couldn’t finish their careers together in this game because they have made so many great memories together over the past two years.”

“I’m extremely proud that Marius was selected for this honor,” said former Indians head coach Marty Cooper. “It is good to see all his hard work and dedication to the game of basketball pay off with the honor of being considered one of the state’s top players.”

Women’s action begins at 5:00 p.m. and will be followed by the men’s game at 7:00 p.m. in the Brackeen-Wood Physical Education Building on the Decatur campus of East Central Community College.
