Former ICC running back has big night for AFL team

Odie Armstrong, a former ICC Indian running back, scored two touchdowns in Tulsa’s 61-48 victory over the Alabama Vipers Saturday night to help the Talons win the Arena Football League’s American Conference Southwest Division Championship.
Armstrong scored on a 1-yard run to make it a 21-13 game in the second quarter and then put the Talons up 42-13 with a 1-yard reception from Justin Allgood in the third quarter.
The former Vardaman Ram has played in all 14 games this season, totalling 388 all-purpose yards and 19 touchdowns.
