Former ICC All-American and Saltillo High standout Tim Dillard received an early birthday present from the Brewers.
Dillard, who turns 28 on Tuesday, learned late last night that he was recalled by Milwaukee from it’s triple-A affiliate in Nashville.
This is the second time this year the former NJCAA National Player of the Year at ICC was called up by the Brewers. Dillard appeared in 15 games and had a 1-1 record with a 5.00 earned run average with the major league club, including a streak of seven straight appearances, which stretched 9 2/3 innings, without allowing a run.
