HATTIESBURG – After its second scrimmage on the previous day, the Southern Miss football team returned to the practice fields on Sunday morning.
The Golden Eagles practiced in helmets and shorts for 90 minutes.
“Today was a typical Sunday for us,” head coach Larry Fedora said. “We got all the corrections made, did a little bit in the special teams and then got them off the field.”
The Golden Eagles return to practice this morning and then will have their final two-a-day slated for Tuesday. Fall classes start on Wednesday.
