Mississippi State-Troy set for ESPN3.com only

Mississippi State’s football game at Troy on Sept. 15 will kick off at 6 p.m. and be broadcast exclusively on ESPN3.com, it
was announced Thursday.
ESPN released a list of 68 games it’s added to its 2012 college football broadcast schedule, and that was the only MSU game included. More games will be released at a later date.
As part of the Sun Belt Conference TV package, the Troy-MSU game will be the only one the Bulldogs don’t play this fall under the multi-year agreement with CBS and ESPN.
The newly released schedule also includes a pair of Southern
Miss games: the Sept. 1 season opener at Nebraska (2:30 p.m.,
ABC and ESPN2), and a Sept. 22 game at Western Kentucky
(6 p.m., ESPN3).
Mississippi Valley State’s game at Southern on Sept. 13 will air on ESPNU at 6:30 p.m.
No Ole Miss games were included in the ESPN schedule.
