Mississippi State’s Oct. 8 football game against UAB will kick off early – but may be hard to find on TV.
The Bulldogs entertain the Blazers at 11 a.m. in Starkville, in a game to be seen on SportsSouth. As MSU fans learned earlier this season
when their team played Memphis, that’s a cable channel that’s not widely available in the state’s major markets.
Ole Miss is idle on Oct. 8.
The SEC Network (WCBI) game is Kentucky at South Carolina, with an 11:21 a.m. kickoff.
Florida at LSU is the 2:30 p.m. CBS game.
Kickoff times for three games, set for the ESPN networks, will be decided this weekend – Vanderbilt at Alabama, Auburn at Arkansas and Georgia at Tennessee.
Saturday update: The SEC completed this weekend’s TV schedule on Sunday: Texas A&M at Arkansas, 11 a.m., ESPN; Auburn at South Carolina, 2:30 p.m. CBS; Alabama at Florida, 7 p.m. CBS.
