MSU men's tennis will take on Tennessee today

The third-seeded Mississippi State men’s tennis team will take on Tennessee today at 11 a.m. in the quarterfinals of the SEC Tournament in Starkville.
Tennessee defeated Alabama 4-1 on Thursday in a first-round matchup. Also, Auburn beat South Carolina 4-2 and Vanderbilt beat LSU 4-3.
Thursday’s final match, Arkansas vs. Ole Miss, didn’t begin until after 9 p.m. and ended too late for our deadline. The winner meets Florida today at 5 p.m.
MSU beat the Volunteers 4-3 last month in Knoxville.
In Oxford, Mississippi State’s women lost 4-0 on Thursday to Vanderbilt. Other winners were South Carolina, Arkansas and Tennessee.
The fourth-seeded Ole Miss women play Vanderbilt at 3 p.m. The Rebels beat Vandy 5-2 earlier this month in Oxford and will be looking for their sixth straight match victory..
The matches on both campuses will run through Sunday.
