STARKVILLE – Mississippi State has scheduled a home-and-home series with N.C. State in football for the 2020-21 seasons.
The Bulldogs will travel to Raleigh for the first time in 80 years on Sept. 12, 2020, while the Wolfpack return to Starkville the following year on Sept. 11.
N.C. State leads the all-time series 3-2, with the last meeting coming in the 1995 Peach Bowl, which the Wolfpack won 29-25. N.C. State blanked the Bulldogs 14-0 in Raleigh in 1930 and 6-0 in Starkville in 1931.
MSU claimed a 26-10 win in Raleigh in 1940 and 16-12 in the 1963 Liberty Bowl in Philadelphia.
The news comes nearly a month after the Bulldogs announced a home-and-home series with Arizona for the 2022-23 seasons.
