Kentucky (17-6, 5-5) has won the last four in the series. The Wildcats just dropped a road game at Florida and are 3-2 in conference games at Memorial Gym.
Ole Miss lost 84-63 at Georgia on Sunday. Senior guard Valencia McFarland scored 14 points, pushing her past the 1,500-point mark for her career and becoming the seventh player in program history to reach that level.
