Rebels respond after off day Thursday

OXFORD – The Ole Miss Rebels responded to their afternoon off on Thursday with a focused workout Friday leading into today’s scrimmage.
Rebels coach Houston Nutt cited the work of cornerback Marcus Temple and announced that defensive back Tony Grimes and defensive lineman Delvin Jones, both freshmen, have been admitted to school and are set to begin practice.
A busy day on campus begins at noon at the indoor practice facility with fan day activities where players and coaches will be available for autographs and pictures.
The Rebels will be on the Vaught-Hemingway Stadium field at 5:20 with the scrimmage to begin around 6 p.m.
