A second-straight SEC win.
The Rebels broke a 10-game conference losing streak Thursday night with an 89-87 win over Mississippi State.
They’re back at Tad Smith Coliseum today at 1 against LSU.
The No. 14-ranked Tigers (15-4, 4-2) have won four straight in the series. Ole Miss (10-10, 1-5 SEC) last defeated a ranked opponent when it won at No. 24 Arkansas in 2011.
LSU beat Auburn 71-60 on Thursday.
The Tigers have won twice on the SEC road, including once at then-No. 5 Tennessee.
