REWIND: Ole Miss (14-5, 5-1 SEC)

OleMissLogoLast Week: The Rebels won 63-52 at Vanderbilt and have now won back-to-back games at the Commodores’ Memorial Guy for the first time in series history. Ole Miss defeated rival Mississippi State 82-63 on Saturday to earn a split of the regular season series.

RPI Watch: The Rebels begin the week with an RPI of 56 according to ESPN.

Who’s Hot: Since his breakout game at South Carolina, Perez has scored 13 at Vanderbilt and nine against MSU. He’s hit eight of his last 13 shots, 3-for-6 from 3, and has emerged as the leading candidate to fill the “third scorer” role.

Who’s Not: Reserve center Demarco Cox had one rebound and one bucket in five minutes against MSU.

Upcoming: The Rebels are at Tennessee Wednesday night at 7. Television is part of the SEC Network package and will be sketchy depending on regional providers WCBI and WLMT of Memphis. The Rebels return home Saturday for a 12:30 start against South Carolina. The game is again part of the SEC Network package with WCBI and WLMT providing the broadcast.
