The 2010 and 62nd Bernard Blackwell All-Star Football Classic will be played on Dec. 18 at Greyhound Stadium in Ocean Springs.
The game features some of the best high school senior players in the state, as the North’s best takes on the South’s best.
Kickoff is set for noon next Saturday. A general admission ticket can be purchased at the Greyhound Stadium gate for $5.
Prior to last year, the annual all-star game had been played in the Jackson area for the past four decades. This will be the second straight year that the game will be played on the Gulf Coast.
The game will also be televised for the second consecutive year. Memphis’ WMC and Columbus’ WCBI will show the broadcast.
Kenny Burton of Ridgeland will coach the North team while Teddy Dyess of Philadelphia will lead the South.
