Second-half surge lifts MSU to another victory in Europe

ANTWERPEN, Belgium – Mississippi State used a strong second half to remain perfect on its European tour with an 88-63 victory against Division II St. Jan on Thursday.
The Bulldogs were led by junior Wendell Lewis who scored 15 points, while Arnett Moultrie and Deville Smith added 14 each. Rodney Hood added 13 points and Brian Bryant chipped in with 11.
The Bulldogs led 41-30 at halftime and opened the third quarter on a 12-2 run to put the game away.
Mississippi State plays its final game in Paris on Saturday at 9 a.m.
