Former Saltillo and ICC standout Tim Dillard was called up Saturday by the Milwaukee Brewers, who are scrambling to fill their pitching rotation.
It’s possible Dillard could get a start in Tuesday’s game against the Washington Nationals.
Dillard, who just turned 26, is 10-4 with a 3.66 ERA in 19 starts this season for Triple-A Nashville. He appeared in 13 games for the Brewers last season in a relief role, with two saves and a 4.40 ERA.
He was a 34th-round draft pick by Milwaukee in 2002.
