Tupelo shooter captures top title at World Junior

NASHVILLE – Tupelo’s Caile Bradham, 18, won the high allaround title Sunday in the junior division at the 2011 World Junior Skeet Championships.
Bradham, who will be a senior at Tupelo High School, had the top gun scores, including doubles, in the shoot. The competition guns are 12-gauge, 20-gauge, 28-gauge and 410 bore.
He also finished third in the high overall competition for the four guns. He was runnerup in the 28-gauge and fourth in the 20-gauge.
He’ll compete Aug. 12-14 in Little Rock at the Zone VI Championships, then return home to defend his state championship Sept. 16-18 at the Mississippi Skeet Championship at Whitetail Ridge Outdoors in Blue Springs.
