The Lady Bulldogs, as expected, received an invitation to the NCAA women’s tournament this evening.
They earned a No. 7 seed in the Dayton Region and will take on No. 10 seed Middle Tennessee State at 1:30 p.m. Sunday in Pittsburgh (ESPN). Should MSU win, it would likely face No. 2 seed Ohio State, which knocked out the Lady Bulldogs in last year’s second round. OSU faces St. Francis (Penn.) in the first round.
